Fr. Bill was a devoted priest and a gifted preacher of the Vincentian Congregation in at Kerala, India and in Africa since 1992. He had also visited Europe, United States and Canada, preaching and celebrating Healing Masses and holding retreats, giving the message about the Good News to Bishops, priests and lay people. Through him, God has healed many people. Fr. Bill was born on February 23rd 1928. He was ordained into the priesthood in 1958 and has since worked in various capacities in his home diocese in Kerala, culminating in a long administrative position in the Church.

Testimonies of those who had been in contact with Fr. Bill very strongly confirm the special gift of healing which God had bestowed upon him. His authoritative teachings and healing have helped many to appreciate the Good News of Christ and enabled them to renew their commitment to the principles and practices of the Catholic Faith.
