Recorded live in Dublin, Ireland with Prof Michael Higgins
This recording was made to mark the ten years since the death of the writer and philosopher John Moriarty. Many regard Moriarty as a major writer, comparable to Yeats, Joyce and Beckett. The poet Paul Durcan has described Moriarty as "the original, radical, non-conformist questioner. John sought a rebirth of a Christianity that was inclusive of all religions and mythologies and that took account of the deep and often dark dimensions of our turbulent humanity.
